Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis) – Aloe Vera is one of nature’s very best hydrators. We use organic aloe vera as a base for most of our skincare products because of its ability to hydrate the skin – and help skin retain its moisture. It has the ability to effectively penetrate the skin and transport healthy substances through the skin. Aloe vera provides numerous benefits to the skin, including acting as an excellent moisturizer keeping the skin flexible by giving oxygen to cells, which in turn increases the strength and synthesis of skin tissue.

Cucumber Distillate (Cucumis Sativus) – Cucumber is probably best known for its ability to reduce puffiness under the eye… but it is also rich in silica which is the essential component in keeping strong and healthy tissue. Cucumber’s naturally high water content makes it an excellent hydrator. Additionally cucumber has the vital pairing of caffeic and ascorbic acids which prevent water loss from cells, allowing skin to retain moisture.

Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana) – A powerful antioxidant, Witch Hazel is packed with enzymes that aid in reducing inflamed cells. This natural astringent is central in any organic acne treatment.

Black Willow Bark (Salix Negra) – Black Willow Bark is a natural antiseptic, astringent, and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is antimicrobial and increases turnover of the outermost layer of skin. This natural antioxidant protects skin from free radicals. Black Willow Bark also has a naturally occurring salicylic acid.

Tea Tree – Tea Tree Oil is a natural antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic with germicidal properties.
