Rooibos Tea – The alpha hydroxyl acid and zinc contents in rooibos tea serve as powerful antioxidants which combat pimples, chronic acne, and sunburns.
White Tea – White Tea protects skin from oxidative stress and cellular damage caused by the sun. White Tea has also been found to prevent the enzyme activity that causes the breakdown of elastin and collagen.
